We always try and facilitate our customers, no matter what the circumstances of your return may be.

A reasonable time period in which we would allow cancellation of order in this case would be 7 days + 3 days in lieu of delivery delay. Note that when you have paid for the goods in full, with an understanding that you will collect them, we are acting out of courtesy in holding your property.

We need to receive the product back before a refund or exchange is made.

Under distance selling regulations, you have a the right to return an item (or items) for seven days starting on the first attempt to deliver those goods.

The product must be in 'saleable' condition, with the packaging intact, so be careful when you are unpacking it.

There are some exclusions in the distance selling regulations:-

  • Cosmetics and Foodstuffs are excluded, whether or not the seal has been broken.
  • Items that have been customised (eg engraved) are excluded.
  • Any other product, which, in normal use, is designed to come in contact with the mouth, nose or inner ear. (eg earrings)
  • Software and other media.
